Young driver charged in cyclist’s ’09 accident
A Lee County grand jury indicted a 22-year-old Auburn man on charges stemming from a motor vehicle accident involving cyclist Ty Garner in the early hours of Aug. 8, 2009 along Shug Jordan Parkway.

Women from Freetown, Dighton die in boating accident
A pair of women from Southeastern Massachusetts died in a Rhode Island boating accident early Sunday morning. The victims were identified as Kaylee Therrien, 23, of Freetown, and Alesia Ann Desa, 23, of Dighton, according to a press release from the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management.
